Yes. Each Wavey tabletop is made from Legacy Plastic™ supplied by the Ocean Legacy Foundation. This material is sourced from recovered shoreline and ocean-bound plastic collected across British Columbia.
How strong is the plastic?
Extremely strong. The ¾" recycled plastic is dense and durable, and the wooden parts are solid local hardwood. It has a solid, weighty feel and easily handles everyday use.
How long does shipping take?
Every item is handmade in Victoria, BC. Because of this, please allow a small lead time before shipping. Once shipped, most BC orders arrive within 3–7 days.
